It was about my Stepmother.
She was getting annoyed and irritable. No-one knew what the problem was until she began to ask teasing little questions.

Inside a couple of weeks it was replaced. It could never be the same of course, but it was identical in every other detail.

If an item was Appraised at $1000 dollars, the cost of the Certificate would be $20 + $10 = $30 total.
This was also calculated on a sliding scale - The dearer the valuation, the more it cost for the Certificate.
