Old Style Wedding Band Maybe 141 Years Old

Period Wedding Band Question: Several seasons ago I purchased an old antique traveling trunk at a yard sale.

Price: $10.52 USD

While dusting it out at home, I discovered what appears to be a vintage plain wedding band. I cleaned it up and found stamped inside "solid gold".

It is a small band, probably a woman's size.

Could you give me an idea about how old it might be and whether it has any real value? Thanks.
