It is also an easy way to estimate your purchase or sales value as a comparison, especially if you have the original store receipt or certificate listing weights, measurements, sizes, gemstones etc.
It is also highly recommended you update this information AT LEAST every two or three years, plus we also have an automated annual discounted system in place for you because we store your jewelry details for 7 years.
No need to enter the data all over again - it's already done and at $12.00 per year is a perfect way to protect your jewelry.

Finally; we have by public demand, instigated a fully trained coaching staff who can not only do all the work for you at a very generous one-off fee, but also provide consultation with our resident gemologist valuer should you need them.
We pride ourselves on giving you every possible option ranging in price from a single valuation kit, through to bulk purchase prices to suit your individual needs.

We also have a bulk option, which depending on your selection can bring the price down to just over $14 for each kit and Certificate on a 5 kit purchase.
There are also many specials and a loyalty price available to clients inside our Valuation Manager Interface.
If you would prefer one of our trained support staff to enter the data into the software for you (after you have supplied us with the relevant information and photo) and send you the finished certificate copy as a PDF file which you can print to your own computer at Home or Work, we also have that as a very reasonable option.
The fee for this service is a separate addition to your base fee on a 'Per single item' basis, and is an extra $35.00
ie: 1 Kit = $23.97 + Staff Completion at $35.00 is a total of $58.97. DISCOUNTED ON FIRST PURCHASE
Remember that if you purchased one of our Special First purchase Packages - you will only be charged $26.00 per Staff Assist irrelevant of the price you paid for the individual kits. This effectively brings the cost down to just $49.97 saving you $9.00 off the bundled price with no work by you, just supply us with a copy of the original documentation and leave the rest to our trained staff.
Please check the Staff Assist Program page for further details if you are not sure if you would like this service. Please consider that our trained staff can only handle a limited number of clients per day as they are highly sought after and very busy.
We also have an Appraisal Advisory Service for $25.00 which guarantees a qualified gemologist appraiser will take a look at your Kit to make sure you have filled everything in correctly. They will also make recommendations and is a great way to maximize your appraisal enabling the best possible bottom line figure.
In fact it's a personal favorite of ours and a safeguard against mistakes. You don't have to use it of course - but it's comforting to know the service is available. This service is discounted on your first purchase and is known as our Enhanced Package and is available for just $39.97
Finally there is Personal Consultation with our resident Gemologist/Valuer (David Foard F.G.A.A.) to assist you with your self valuation should you require it. This consultation is $150 per hour with a minimum fee of $75.
