I have a gold ring with a red stone.

It says on the inside 18kt ce and then it has this little design.
is this real?

There are thousands of different hallmarks - that is why people have so much trouble with them.
The 18kt simply means it is 18 karat gold. This stamp is the most common for South East Asia and the USA. In the UK they use ‘18ct’ for carat.
The other letters are simply a Maker’s Mark - Store name or design identification marks and have no bearing as to value. It is there just for identification.

But as there is no central registry for Maker’s Marks etc - it means that anyone - anywhere - can make and stamp their jewelry with whatever they want.
