G'day Lorenzo and many thanks for your query.

First I much apologize, as we never received your first email? so this is our first contact with you.

Our Risk Free Policy clearly states that if you are not satisfied - you will get a full refund - no questions asked. It's a simple as that.

However we do expect both you, and our company to at least "Give it a fair Go." <-- Old Australian Saying :-)

If there are problems, you have access to a fully qualified gemologist with over 35 years in the Valuation Industry. Our support staff are VERY GOOD at what they do. Our refund rate is one of the lowest in the industry and is usually done because the client (you) did not read the documentation (for example: the Can do list) so tried to appraise something the system was not built to do - like Watches!

The fee structure is built in exactly the same way a gemologist appraiser would charge in your local High Street Mall or Shopping Center. ie: 1 low fee for 1 item for 1 Certificate.

There is NO additional fee or sliding scale charge. If you have more than one item to appraise, then we do have a discounted price scale for the purchase of more than a single Kit.

We have been in the Jewelry Industry for over 35 years and developed the ONLINE software about five years ago (to originally enhance our own retail businesses) and went online with it about 3 years ago.

It has been very well received around the world with clients on all continents in 7 different currencies. Our biggest market is the USA followed by Great Britain and Australia - because that's where we live.

It uses the same principles and formulas as issued by the governing bodies in both the States and Britain. Gold is gold - no matter where you live, and the calculations are exactly the same.

I would suggest you read as much as you can from the website first, before you commit. The $19.95 fee is not much of a risk - is it?

Hope this helps.

Kind regards, David

Hello, I am interested in your appraisal kit,but this is my second email, did not get any response or reply on my first urgent inquiry almost a month ago, please advise on the following:

On your Risk FREE Trial, is the first appraisal free?

Is there only 1 appraisal per kit purchased allowed and how easy it to appraise my own diamond ring?

How long has your company been around and are you listed with the Better Business Bureau or any similar agency?
