Rare Gold Rolex Bracelet – Maybe?

Gold Bracelet Rare?

Question: Hi i have a few questions about this bracelet my mom gave me.

Fine Jewelry [Skinner, Boston (2225) / 09 Dec 2003]

Price: $25.00

It has what looks like to be a Rolex symbol on it as well as a 18K on it.

I was wondering the worth of it possibly.

It is a link bracelet no longer then 6 or 7 inches. Maybe a description of what it could be.

Thank you very much.

Answer: G'day Mike and many thanks for your query.

There's an old saying that goes something like this...

If it looks like a duck - and it quacks like a duck - it must be a duck - right?

Wrong! Especially when it comes to jewelry and gemstones.

I can't tell you the number of times I have been offered a Rolex Watch by someone called 'Elvis' - for ten bucks!

Why not check out other places like eBay and compare prices...

Jewelry hallmarks

Professional jewelry appraisals completed by gemologists and valuers often have to take into account the effect the jewelry hallmarks have on the value of each item being appraised.
